New Staybehinds Site Launched

We are so pleased that the new www.staybehinds.com site has been launched. It covers all we know of the 6,000+ personnel and 600+ Operational Bases and the secret Radio Network around the British coastline during World War II, ready to sabotage a Nazi invasion. The website was designed and built by Hugh Frostick, director at VCS Websites.

Very sad to announce the deaths of two of my veteran friends in 2019.

Ralph Rutherford

His funeral is Thursday Nov 14 2019 at 3:45 pm at Seven Hills Crematorium Felixstowe Rd, Ipswich followed by refreshments at White Horse, 33 Church Rd, Felixstowe.

Peter Potter

His funeral is at 2pm on Fri 15th Nov 2019 at Colchester Crematorium, Mersea Road, Colchester then afterwards at Beth Chatto Gardens, Elmstead.
